Used Fitzpatrick Model D6 stainless steel mill. Gravity fed.

Used Sharples AS16VB Centrifuge. All wetted parts are stainless steel. Steam Sterilization capability, cooling coils, clarifier design. Solid capacity: 4 liters.

Used Ketema 16" X 6" top unload perforated basket centrifuge. Hastelloy C276 wetted parts. On stainless steel cart.

REACTORS & TANKS

Used Feldmeier 130 Liter Stainless Steel Non Jacketed Portable Tank. Polished. Spray ball internal. Bolt Down Lid. 5 Inlets on Top. Dish Bottom with Center Outlet. 3 lift Hooks.

Used DCI 50 gallon T316L stainless steel reactor. Stainless steel bolted dished top. Conical bottom. Hi Torque air drive twin tier 4 blade pitched turbine / 2 blade turbine agitator.

Used 10 gallon Pfaudler glass lined reactor. Glass type 5025. White glass on top and bottom sections. 3 blade retreat curve agitator with nucerite calibration lines and fin baffle. Flush bottom valve. Sight glass. (3 available).

Used 1500 liter Mueller sanitary stainless steel jacketed vessel. Approximately 4' diameter X 4' straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Bottom outlet 1". 4 legs. 20" man way cover. Built 1989.

FREEZE DRYERS

Used Lypholizer model FC750. LSL Secfroid. All Stainless steel contacts. 6 shelves 18" X 36" providing 27 square foot surface area. The Lypholizer has stopping and is unitized with vacuum pumps, chiller, heater and controls. (2) Compressors utilizing R13B1 refrigerant. Coil condenser stainless steel. Atcatel vacuum pump.
